You already have a PPT — just revise it
The file is already in your hands. You just want to change the wording, clean up the layout, or drop a few pages. Upload the original, and say what to keep, change, or cut.
Upload a file and revise it1. Upload the original and say what to keep, change, or cut
Upload a PPT or PDF. Our example is a short SpaceX IPO roadshow PDF. In the box, say what to keep, change, or cut. We wrote: Revise this SpaceX roadshow. Keep the page order and the facts. Remove the internal file-path headers. Make it easier to present. Do not rewrite it from scratch.
Then click Generate outline.

2. After you send it, leave this tab open
A progress bar will show up. Stay on this page until it finishes. When it's done, slides start on their own.
If you didn't ask for a page count, it follows the original. If you close the tab and don't come back, the slides may not be ready. Open the project again to continue.

3. The page count will match the original
This roadshow had seven pages. The result still has seven pages, in the same order. Then you'll land in the editor. If a page is wrong, change that page.

4. Click in and fix a sentence
Titles and body text work like a normal PowerPoint. Change one sentence on that page.

5. Export PPT or PDF
When it looks right, click Export. Choose PPTX if you'll keep editing in PowerPoint. Choose PDF if you just need to send a file.

If it turned into a different talk
Check these:
- You only wrote “make it nicer,” with no keep / change / cut.
- You wrote “make a new presentation from this PDF,” or you named a page count. That starts a new deck instead of revising this one.
You actually want a new deck from a document?
