AI presentation outline workflow: revise before you render
Use CreatePPTX to generate a full outline first, revise the narrative, then render editable slides. This reduces rework compared with regenerating finished slides repeatedly.

Most presentation quality issues are structure problems: unclear story, uneven pacing, or missing sections. Fixing those in an outline is faster than regenerating finished slides.
Recommended loop
Use a short revise-then-render loop:
- Generate a complete outline from a topic or sources
- Rewrite section goals and page order
- Render slides once the narrative is stable
- Do local edits online, then export if needed
When to use revision mode
If you already have a PPTX or PDF, start from that file and revision notes instead of a blank prompt. Rebuild the outline around what should stay, change, or be cut.
